What was just a vision a few months ago is now a reality: on May 19, we officially opened our new production plant in Bangalore, marking a significant milestone in the international development of the KTI Group.

Since KTI India was founded at the end of October 2025, our teams have achieved extraordinary things. In less than seven months, a modern production facility was built, which is already fully operational today. This project exemplifies the entrepreneurial spirit, determination and innovation that has characterized KTI for decades.

The new plant is much more than just an additional production site. It underlines our long-term commitment to the Indian market and strengthens our ability to serve customers in India and neighboring regions even more efficiently. By manufacturing locally, we combine German engineering and proven KTI quality with shorter delivery times, greater customer proximity and maximum flexibility.

The official opening ceremony brought together numerous customers, suppliers, business partners and friends of the company. Together we celebrated not only the successful completion of the plant, but also the start of a new growth phase for KTI in one of the world's most dynamic economic regions.

Our special thanks go to the teams in India, Germany and the United Arab Emirates. This success is the result of close international cooperation, a common goal and the tireless efforts of everyone involved.

KTI-Plersch Kältetechnik GmbH is pleased to announce that Dr.-Ing. Marcus Albrecht will take over the function of Group CEO as of 01 January 2025. In the course of the strong growth of recent years, this represents the necessary next step for the group to continue expanding the strategic positioning of the company in the global market with a high level of commitment.

Dr.-Ing. Marcus Albrecht has many years of experience in refrigeration technology and plant engineering and has extensive expertise in the areas of corporate management, technology development and market strategy. In his new role, he will work with the existing management team to shape the future of KTI-Plersch Kältetechnik GmbH, particularly with a view to sustainable solutions and profitable growth.

KTI-Plersch Kältetechnik GmbH is optimistic about the future and is convinced that Dr.-Ing. Marcus Albrecht will make a significant contribution to the further development of the company.
