Containerized Cold Water Plant (CCWP)
The containerized cold water systems (CCWP) from KTI cool water at inlet temperatures between +20 °C to +45 °C down to temperatures between +5 °C and +3 °C. At very high water inlet temperatures, the first stage pre-cools the water to +38 °C via the evaporative condenser before being finally cooled to the desired outlet temperatures. Depending on the ambient temperature and fresh water temperature, KTI designs the optimal system for any condition.
Up to a production of 180 m³ of cold water per day, the systems are mounted in a 20-foot ISO container, up to a production of 440 m³ of cold water in a 40-foot ISO container. KTI offers the possibility to integrate the evaporation condenser directly into the container. This results in a very compact plug-and-play solution.
As the perfect complement to the cold water systems, KTI offers perfectly insulated water tanks that are either directly installed in the machine container (ICWT), installed as a unit into a separate container (CCWT) or in a solid steel frame (SFWT).
